The team behind the Mexican comfort food served on Poland Street at Corazón Taquería boast a combined CV including the Riding House Café, Fischer’s and Sartoria. With help from Corazón’s in-house tortilla machine, chef Paul Daniel will be plating up a list of ten signature tacos, which include homemade chorizo verde (a chorizo made with herbs rather than spices) with confit onions; carne asada, citrus and soy-marinated steak with jalapeno crema; and barbacoa, which consists of 12-hour slow-roasted lamb rib, neck and shoulder with a spicy Pasilla pepper rub.
